At Showpo, we want you to love every piece in your wardrobe as much as we do. That’s why we offer easy returns within 15 days of receiving your order for most items. Please note:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
  • We can’t accept returns on swimwear (for hygiene reasons) or final sale items (marked in product descriptions)
  • Exchanges are subject to availability

How to Return Your Items

Returning your Showpo goodies is as easy as pairing our basics with statement accessories:

Step 1: Request Your Return

Email our fashion-obsessed team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Which items you’re returning
  • Whether you want a refund or exchange

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once we approve your return:

  • Repackage items in their original packaging if possible
  • Include all tags and any free gifts that came with the order
  • Don’t include any non-Showpo items (we’d hate for your personal items to get lost!)

Step 3: Ship It Back

We recommend using a tracked shipping method. Send your return to:

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return (we’re thorough like we’re checking the stitching on our premium blazers):

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timing: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item as soon as possible (usually within 1-2 business days of approving the exchange).
